It’s a really close call: Both of them are dog people deep down, but I’m pretty sure Perp is the one who’d be more likely to own a cat.

Basically what it boils down to is Cel wants a pet that she can take on walks and run and play fetch with, like a big ol’ dog, while Perp would prefer a pet that she can snuggle up with while watching a movie or reading a book.

(By the way she doesn’t own any cats so this is non-canon I guess. I’m also pretty sure “Mr. Thudpaw” was Cel’s idea, just so she can call her cat Mr. T for short.)
